I'm fascinated to see what the pacing will be for the 1500. I think Mills will want a crack at the British record and he might have a willing front-runner in Koech. When Jakob scratched, I wasn't hopeful for a fast race, but Mills and Koech give me hope, and Kerr will latch onto the back of any pace. Still a big question mark over Kerr in a fast race. He has the chops as we know from previous years, but he's been running 3:35 races so far. Time to see what's in the tank for him
Kerr very well may lose to Koech. His workout in late June did not look promising.
