1. Wanyonyi - from a country with 400+ doping busts, and a coach with the most doping busts in athletics history.
2. Hoey - his pb a couple of years ago at 24 was 1:47 or something??
3. Sedjati - Described as the most obvious doper since Katir. Had his hotel room raided in Paris by doping police.
4. Bol - Failed an a-sample when his times had suddenly improved in his late 20's, dubiously got off with it thanks to James 'fix it' Templeton (same man who got full throttle Lagat off in the exact same way). Transpired he had been researching EPO on his phone. Sudden fall off in performances, now suddenly at age 31 is running sub 1:42.5.
5. Moula - enough said.
Poor Max Burgin - former world age record holder and probably by far the most naturally talented of them all - got spiked. Says it all. He really should have just dropped out immediately. Hope he is not going to be injured now. These massive fields are a disgrace. If Burgin is injured he should sue the Diamond League or whatever.
ya
lots of upvotes for yes, this is outrageous PED
i got Burgin and Wanyonyi as the most legit in the field. without ALL the flags.
the others have ALL the flags, except the Canadian who's from a drug prone country
what's happening is there are soft legal PEDs or supplements if you will, bi carb and i'm not in the loop on hyperbaric oxygen, other oxygen pre race intake saturation, and even deep breathing techniques, which obviously boost anaerobic oxygen performance, you can prove this out in an hour youself.
all of which means yesterdays 143 is a 141
you know jaunterana of Cuba on EPE or today's hacks is 139, and i have to say easy.
the guy ran 143 effectively in his first season off 400m trancing, as a long sprinter, and effectively broke down after that, or was challenged to put in a sustained training block.
basically its a legal PED era. so the boys better go 140 low, and 139 to claim great status .
Wanyonyi finished with his mouth closed and breathing through his nose. I’ve seen pro athletes more winded from doing strides. Clearly oxygen uptake is not his limiter.
Super shoes and semaglutide. If a bunch of runners start getting thyroid cancer, we will know why.
There are no super shoes. It's physically impossible for a shoe to make you faster, running mechanics don't work like that. Especially at 8 meters per second.
No it won't save you energy either. It won't do anything at all, other than placebo effect

this is one of the major flags
not being winded, when running at 100 percent aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
like Katir vs Jacob, where aerobic monster Jacob can barely stand at the 5k finish, and Katir is all smiles, after a few seconds, striding out to celebrate silver with flowers..
if you've ever competed, you know what a psss off that is.

Dude...Jakob walked down some all time great 5k runners in that OG final who had like a 20m head start on him...and CRUISED past lol

Doesn't matter if he was doping; we know it doesn't work on Kenyans.

Have you been living under a rock? Have you ever ran in super spikes? They most definately make you faster by the simple fact that they aid in propulsion. Try them. You'll see.

They didn't aid Kratochvilova or El G. Their records are still out of reach.

I just watched the Flotrack replay on YouTube and he didn't have his mouth closed, and he definitely looked like he was working.
