No. Sounds like she threw a hissy fit and got thrown out. She comes off as entitled. She cursed, threw a tantrum, and got banned.
She indicated she was unable to provide her version of events to them. She was banned based on the other parties account of events.
She may have a case because it seems the ban was made without consideration to what she experienced.
But does that really matter? Someone with more time on their hands should figure out if she is actually entitled to access or if they're able to restrict access if they think she broke the rules. I'm not sure her not being able to tell her side of the story makes any difference.

It's up to her. Maybe she's already done something we don't know about. But I'm guessing she hasn't, because she keeps referencing how the incident has bothered her on social media.
From what I gather, she's dealing with some fairly significant injuries
Seems that she ought to consider a break from serious training. She posts about all of these surgery's, but then continues to push through training to be an Olympian..
It's like it's so obvious.. you keep getting hurt because you keep pushing yourself when your body is telling you to stop.
The US Olympic and Paralympic Training Committee will allow the two-time world champion in two sports into the facility July 24 after a nearly 5-month ban.
"Jones’ suspension has continued even though USOPC officials acknowledged she was wrongly denied medical treatment late on the afternoon of Feb. 28, a decision that prompted the verbal confrontation. The USOPC did not interview eyewitnesses, according to Jones, a USABS official, and three other people familiar with the case."
Telling someone that wrongly denies you medical care that they are a horrible f'ing human being doesn't sound all that terrible to me.
And BTW, she's pretty good on the bobsled, you are not going to get many sprinters to crossover to winter and run on ice and in the cold! Sprinters are tropical people! 🥶

Those words in bold are Lolo's description of events. Not reality.
Having your appointment rescheduled is not the same as being "denied medical treatment."
It's even more laughable as she is literally talking about having pseudoscience cupping done on her body
I would never waste money suing to use any gym facility. It doesn't have something so unique that I wouldn't be able to improvise going to another gym. I would adjust my attitude. Move on.
