fugut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now if we apply the 2 second rule we get:
400m: 47
800m: 1:38
1 Mile: 3:24
2 Mile: 6:40
5000m: 11:28
10000m: 23:45
Webb will break all the world records comfortably. It's a great day to be an american.
Webb is probably more closer to the "5 sec" rule right now in the shorter distances. Not there at the 800, but I'm sure if he gets into a very competitive race, he could do it right now. As the distance goes up, he is more closer to "4 sec". But I think it is only a matter of time before "4 sec" trickles down to the 2 mile/1 mile/800.
47+ "5" = 1:44
52+ "5" = 3:48
57+ "4.5" = 8:12
61.5+ "2" = 13:10
