third, if their game is to argue "out of jurisdiction," then they've already been deported. we have legal processes before people are deported. this is not trump's kingdom or dictatorship where he just decides what the law is. we have a process with immigration judges. you prove to a judge they deserve to go, i am fine with you deporting them.

Every human being in this country has rights, you stupid POS. second, we have processes for stuff even for noncitizens, which are not being followed.

third, they have not said what they are doing this about, for anyone involved. nor have they run it through the courts to show anything actually happened. you're speculating, and they never had to test it in court.

they could clean up some files with who is dead but they generally aren't getting benefits so the net benefit of doing the work is negative -- it would cost us more to do it -- because it's not being abused that much

last, i could think of basic national security reasons (think spies) why a country might have some "undead" names stored on a government database someplace

personally i think musk believed this was his equivalent of finding gay books in a public library, his way of trying to make people hate benefits they like getting. it wasn't going to work. worse, his attempted foothold into trying to bust our SS benefits made them look factually stupid, and would have been political doom if they tried to do it.
