WOW JUST WOW! Everything Sam Ruthe has touched this season has turned to GOLD quite literally! I was privileged to see both his 4:01 mile in Whanganui and his dead heat to win the national 1500m title with Tanner in Dunedin!

thanks for posting about the original dead heat 1500m and then this tonight letsrun, I would have missed a wonderful experience. This site isn’t *all* toxicity.
Annoying about the clock, but 3:58 is still an incredible feat. Track was extremely wet, and Ruthe even bumped into Tanner on the final bend which must have cost him a bit.
At this rate, he will be a contender (maybe even the favorite) for gold when LA comes along in 2028.
if Armstrong livs comes on here, can we all please downvote every post he makes. Having said that i get the impression he feeds off the negativity like Colin from what we do in the shadows.
