Someone has to ask did she tell them their rights or offer advice about not getting caught? I would imagine their rights are limited not being an American citizen and breaking laws to come to the country.

You can have an open border or a welfare society but you can't have both at the same time. Open borders with 0 public assistance wouldn't be preferred but everyone crossing would have to fend for themselves. Otherwise, we clamp the border down completely and only give assistance to fellow Americans we deem are in need.
Instead, we've welcomed in millions of low IQ people with little to no skills AND handed them endless freebies in exchange. That's what AOC and her fellow anti-American radicals are in favor of, keeping the devaluing of America going through an unlimited invasion of non-Americans.

let's be real, this is the political "crime" of opposing trump at all, wrapped up in the emotive but not illegal issue of informing people of their legal rights. it's a crime to be a coyote. it's technically a crime to illegally cross. it is not a crime to tell someone their rights.
just like i understand DOJ is being tasked with investigating various biden political choices like they were "crimes," eg, spending on climate changed.
