Agree that something is off here. These guys buy plane tickets (required to get through security) so that they can follow her around in one of the busiest, most crowded, most security-heavy settings in U.S. life? And they do this for the purpose of...????
Good question. My guess is they are juvenile adults chasing after a pretty and famous girl and just happened to be at the same airport. Not much else makes sense.
Normally I can sniff out a hoax right away. I must admit that didn't happen this time. I'd say I think there is a decent chance this is true but also at least a 20% chance this is a jessie smollett situation.
What makes me question it just a little suspicious?
I kind of agree with you, but I kind of don't. What stands out like an elephant in the living room is how the hell would her stalkers know the specifics of her travel plans -- when and where she would be in the airport? Maybe not as obvious as the Smullet situation, but really? This doesn't add up. Even Craig Donnelly isn't that good.
Or, it could be a simple case of paranoia?
"Just because you're paranoid it doesn't mean they're still not out to get you...."

Maybe it's because I'm a fan of professional wrestling, but the idea of Gabby being stalked by professional autograph vultures is easy to imagine...because the wrestlers get accosted by those vultures all the time. In their case, the vultures have a good idea of when they'll be leaving based on their touring schedule, but even for other famous people, just following them on social media and keeping track of events will give a good indication of when they're going to be flying out.
Not to mention the other kind of stalker. The people with actual obsessive pathologies who might be a serious danger to their targets. Plenty of those, too.
You don't need to be a globally known megastar to attract stalkers. Being pretty (or handsome) and modestly well known is enough. Heck, being a Twitch girl, known to mere tens of thousands is enough.
She appears to be going off the deep end in search of fame and stardom.
Stalkers are not going to openly stalk someone in a busy airport where there are cameras everywhere and lots of security and police. She is being dramatic in an attempt for attention. As a previous poster mentioned those guys had to have tickets for access to that area.

I fly a lot, like weekly. at many airports you don't actually need a boarding pass to get through security. I just put my drivers license in the ID machine, get cleared, and move through security. never once do I show a boarding pass.
for someone who flies so much you should know - Enhanced technology allows agents to confirm passengers’ flight details simply by scanning their government-issued ID.

But from their reaction when she started recording them, they were obviously doing something they knew was wrong and didn't want to be identified doing.

But she’s a woman so that means she’s wrong. Doubly wrong because she’s a black woman. Men are always right.

Hilarious that this got down votes. It's absolutely fact. I can't remember the last time I had to show proof that I was flying when going through security.

Pretty sure TSA is matching your license with a ticket on the backend. Or at least that's what I've assumed. But clearly workers can get through security without a ticket.

What’s the security point of just recording your ID? The point of security check-in is to verify that you are indeed flying at all, and the point of the second check at the flight gate is to check that you are getting on the right flight.

Why would they remove the first check?
Only ID at security. I haven't shown flight info there in years.

Unresponsive to the question. That also doesn’t match my experience even on flights in the last few months.
The thing I'm not sure of is if this is the same guys at different airports.
But this thing is totally crazy. This is happening at multiple airports with multiple guys? Sadly, I could see one deranged fan stalking her, but she isn't alleging one person or even one aiport. She's alleging multiple people who have pictures of her for her to sign at multiple airports.
It's not like she's that big a celebrity. What's a celebrity photo worth anyway?
I don't think crazy is an option here. At this point 1) She's being stalked or the only other option is 2) she made this up.
How is #3) She's being dramatic even an option? Her allegation is too specific to her just being dramatic about fandom.
As for #1, I still can't wrap my head around the multiple airports angle, but what if one guy had access at one aiport and then at other airports people just recognize her but she's on edge because of the other guy and thinks she is being stalked by the casual fans as well at airport #2.
I could see a bunch of losers at one airport stalking her. Maybe there is a network of losers who communicate with one another.
I think most likely they buy tickets at airports and do it for multiple celebrities. Get the cheapest ticket for <$100, have an insider at airlines to get flight info, get signed pictures, sell for profit. Super weird but this is the most logical explanation.
