Yes we are. The past is the past. You should try to be more forgiving. Shelby is free. It is gret for the sport. Trump is president. It is great for the country. Let the past go. It will set you free.

Shelby is free, yes, good for her. Sure, let her compete.
But how does the sport benefit from having this drug cheat back?
We celebrate a felon, racist, bigot and rapist as our president, so are you really surprised a doper is being celebrated? This is what the new MAGA world is all about, celebrating criminals.
Runnersworld. Stride report. Letsrun. All of the running media are writing about her. There have been more threads about her than anyone. Her competitiveness will drive the competition to improve. She is great for the sport.
Well, in the US, yes, lots of publicity. Maybe in Canada too? Regardless, I don't think all this focus on our returning doper is positive. It does not throw a good light onto T&F imho. Unless we go with "all publicity is good publicity".
I recall how upset Lord Coe was when Gatlin started winning medals after his comeback from his doping ban. He definitely did not see his return as "good for the sport".
For example
Coe, the IAAF president, told the BBC that he's "not eulogistic at the thought of somebody who has served two bans in our sport walking off with one of the biggest prizes our sport has to offer."
Fortunately Houlihan is a level below Gatlin (so far). Can't see here becoming a world champ; Lord Coe doesn't need to worry about that.
