I would say Galen Rupp, one of the greatest distance runners the US has ever produced. He has two Olympic medals, is becoming an excellent broadcast analyst, and appears to be a genuine nice guy and family man. And he’s also a lightning rod for criticism both fair (did Al Sal move him too deep into the grey zone?) and foul (the personal attacks on this board show Letsrun at its worst).
