I got my Covid booster a few weeks ago. You would have to be a complete moron or just lazy beyond belief to not get it.
It's that simple.
I'll tell you one reason I didn't get a booster. A member of my running club got a booster shot a few weeks ago, and he had to take 2 days off and miss the workout because he was recovering from it. I wasn't going to get it anyways, but at that point, I knew I made the right choice.
Yes. Working from home, gyms closed, more drinking, more staying home, more netflix, more video games, less sports, more Zoom, more of basically everything that causes heart disease. Don't need to be a brain surgeon to figure that out
You honestly believe a few months of video games and sitting at home could accelerate heart disease in young people to the point they were having heart attacks?
Keep in mind you are trying to talk sense into a poster who doesn’t understand how tariffs are government intervention. Dont get your hopes up.

1. He'll get COVID anyways. Guaranteed. Every vaxxed and boosted person I know has had it 3 times.
2. I didn't take any time off running when I had COVID. Lmao. A week off? Are you living in November 2019?

Unvaxxed me was ill from Omicron for 2 days in January 2022. I have been much sicker several times in my life from flu. That has been my only bout of illness in the last 1715 days.

APPLIED Math is easy.
Lucky you. I know many runners who missed a week of quality training from covid or other respiratory infections. This was true before covid.
