while i understand lebron may very well be on some sort of TRT and because it's doctor prescribed the league looks the other way. honestly, i think this is the most probably thing.
however
freaks do exist among us, some mental, some physical, some spiritual, etc.
at 45 years of age i can tell you i am in better shape from a geometrical perspective than i've been in my life. point being, if one is passionate, persistent and has the resources to commit to making themselves better athletically, at least half of the equation can be improved almost indefinitely
half of the equation referring to strength on one side and grace being the other half that combine to form the basis of power and athleticism as a whole
i think lebron has consistently worked to make himself not just stronger but also better with his movement patterns not to mention his mental ability to see the floor/game faster than almost any of his competitors
i really do think lebron is a freak, evidenced by the fact he could hold his own with nba players in pickup games when he was just 16
it's like quincy wilson being 40 and still running 43s or maybe 42s at that point if the event progresses. does me mean he's on drugs? no, he's always been a freak. is he on drugs? i wouldn't bet against it.
