According to Runcruit, the following are the recruiting standards for the 1600 in the MAAC Conference. Always email the coach to get accurate times. Now, I know some people are not big fans of Runcruit but to be honest, in my experience the times are often accurate or aren’t too far off from what the coaches respond with. Now, does that mean $? No, but at least you are in the ball park if they do give money.
ik they aren't the best times, but what d2 or low d1 schools would be a good fit to go to the next level? preferably east coast
U-Mass Lowell. Very good school academically. Specializing in engineering of all kinds, business, health professions, music, etc. Fairly inexpensive being a state school. They are always competitive in their conference with many All Americans. It is located on the east coast in Massachusetts.
About an hout to Boston if you like that city.

How are your academics? I would chose a school for that over running. Most colleges have a club team or their might be a college team that fits you academic needs.
There you go D-1 and seem interested they are additionally a historically black land-grant university which means they offer scholarships if you are a minority. As in these institutions offer incredible educations and will accomodate for example students that are not African American with scholarships as these universities are marketing to attract a diverse groups of all students. From what I have told this also looks solid on a resume.
