Lacctic gave him "only" 13:34, now #15 in NCAA. So the course was either short or lightning fast yesterday

I remember when Sub 25 was good now it's just a circus act with all the cheating going on.
It’s a short, fast course
I think it’s disingenuous to say the ncaa fought for amateurism or anything but money and the right to control the athletes but actions, however justified, do obviously have consequences.
I thought Kilian Jornet was the Salomon Kipchoge?
What some of these other " cry babies" fail to understand is what you just said. Running against world class competition will make american runners better. I guess you guys want american runners to stay off the podium smh
The course is exactly the same as years past. The course is long for the 5k loop, exact for the 8k, and long for the 10k loop. The course has a permanent start and finish, and permanent kilometer markers posted around the course. The conditions were just more than ideal as it was 53 degrees when the men raced and completely dry. This course has always been fast, it’s just starting to get the attention of bigger schools as this year Texas A&M is set to host the SEC Conference meet and their Region race. This course is just extremely fast in the right conditions.
Evert Silva was like 24 seconds back on him, so the course was short or super fast. Either way he probably won't get top 5 or top 10 at the Cross Country championships.
I was there last year and this year. Same course, same distance. True 8k or damn close.
the course is not short. look up anyone who ran the race on Strava. including me, my watch said 4.98 miles. It even has some hills. it is just a great field and the conditions were absolutely perfect.
Race results?

Bull S#!t.... Dude I was a 1:48 800m Runner also ran 29:05 for 10,000m and had a 24:27 8k so unless you are much faster then I was which includes a 4:00.12 mile it's super short.
22:01 for a full 8k is 4:26 pace. The 5k track equivalent according to Lacctic is 4:22 pace. Given that the race is longer and on grass, I’m inclined to say it’s a little short.
The strongest evidence is the people claiming their watches had a dead-on 4.98. Watches ALWAYS overestimate the distance of USATF-certified courses and it’s impossible to run the tangents perfectly. If your watch says 4.98 it’s probably 4.92.
Need to keep a few factors in mind. The A&M course is incredibly quick, and somewhere between 100-300m short. Yes this was an impressive performance but if the SEC championships are honest and go out hard this time will be beaten.
Just take your PR and keep quiet. Course is probably 200m short for the top guys that run the tangents perfectly

He is still slower than the world record marathoner WOMAN. Not impressed. These college guys who are 19, 20, 25, 28 running 8ks from 22-25mins lol you would all get destroyed by a woman now.
Can you run 2:09 marathon? literally only 2-3 runners in all NCAA that can beat the worlds fastest women.
Men need to step it up. Unless anyone can run 21:40 in an 8k or 27:20 in a XC 10k. Not impressed. Times have changed.
yeah cuz you suckedddd bro. anyone good gets faster, also if youre time is 1420 5k nobody cares. The woman record marathon holder can run your 5K PR for 26 miles ahahahahahahahahahahahha the sport is ruined!!!!
it's like someone sleeping with your wife before you, but in runnings its knowing a girl can beat you. never before have we had this - all these men are so slow. If you cant run the womans marathon record even for 10k nobody cares
SHE RAN 2:09 hahahahahhah
Why cant some dude just say hes a girl for a week and bring the record down. f these liberal scummmm
Bro a "woman" just ran a 2:09 marathon lmao, I can't even look at a 15:00 5K anymore. Its so sad and perverted. The sport is ruined. Its like a woman benching 500 lbs for 3 reps, maybe even worse.
Also can someone make an excel list of all the cheaters of all time - i want to argue that cheaters are most likely to be in olympics and record holders- the point would be that cheating is actually more prevalent than not cheating -so why are we even saying its illegal. if you look over the last 30 years and find of 1000 olympians - 774 were busted for cheating and of the records 9/10 were from cheaters.....well what the f is going on and we pretend this isnt about drugs and EPO?
Also i'm pretty sure more D3, D2, D1 sprinters know drugs make them better as results show more in the sprints so it only makes sense to do them. I think only recently has the distnace runners caught up and realize its "GOOD" to be on drugs and the majority support it secretly, again someone needs to pull up the stats on cheaters and participation and then factor in bias. there no way its 50/50 im pretty sure at the top its 90/10 for cheating.
