put your energy into your job, unless you absolutely enjoy it.
and if you go with the job, put your extra energy into moving to a job you love.
myself, having had a non running carear,
now the time i spend training is absolutely golden. there are a lot of new training things and nutrition things to do that make you feel well, without the stress to go over the top, as we do in athletics.
i'm in the middle of no where,on a mission to no where. sure the traning logs may be useful to others.
i used to email my coach from 40 years back my workouts, up to a few years ago, for nastalgia, or what have you. turns out that weight lifting is somehting in my wheelhouse, never knew that till late in life.
i mean you work hard, sweat and relax, and fck the world.
also with the gym workouts, and pounds on that skinny frame, the girls drop the phone numbers, wasnt in the calcalus, but this is a sure thing if you do it.
and my generation are fat fcks, who can't stop pushing food in their pie hole, and talk about diets and genetics, and do nothingl
what a rant.
everyone should work out, suffer and enjoy.
