Sometimes a cold is just a cold. It happens and if he's being interviewed it can come out. I didn't see it as throwing shade and he looked like he had a cold before the race started.

Classic Jakob trying to discount the Zurich race outcome and make the things about him. Why don't we hear about any of the guys in the field and their hardships before the race? Even after Yared won the announcers were talking about Jakob. Surely they exist. Jakob protecting his ego, per usual.
