Just curious. Kerr has been extremely impressive this season. He seems to be a much better runner than only a year ago, when he lost to Nuguse after being "the next guy" in Budapest. What do we now about how he has achieved this as a 26 year old? Is it all about the diet?
It is very curious , northman . Surely it can't all be down to innate talent , personal chef , brutal training regime and careful race planning . There has to be something else . " Come , Watson...the game is afoot "
He got 3rd in Tokyo remember with a 3:29 :0 .He had some injury problems afterwards and tweaked his training for longer mileages which took some time to help. Also he started doing more conditioning work.
