unfortunate that he may get banned 4 years...AIU isn't targetting anybody else though, just a 20 year old prodigy. integrity units outside of Athletics should be targeting other obvious dopers, like the chinese swimmers
The Chinese swimmers have been getting target tested since last year.

What if he was a prodigy because he’s doping? Not many other people are failing their drug tests
High school sports are riddled with PEDs in the US so it makes the "but they're a prodigy" excuse quite laughable.
To those who say sprinters don't use trenbolone or that taking tren automatically makes you jacked like a bodybuilder here's a photo of the last sprinter before Knighton that got popped for tren.
He looks completely normal compared to them. If he's doped, what on earth are they all on?
Oh come on. You can't seriously think that our top sprinters are clean all of sudden, while still being at the top of the world. 19.49 at age 18, can it be any more obvious? Oh right, maybe, let's add the good old Balco connection, and a positive test, lol.
I know theyre all on drug cocktails, and theyre not micro dosing, either. And yes,im pretty sure erriyon dopes, but he looks cleaner than most.

The AIU was created by World Athletics and only polices track and field. Swimming has its own integrity unit that has nothing to do with the track AIU, so the two don't seem mutually exclusive.
The Athletics Integrity Unit has been responsible for a fair number of the busts in Kenya and the majority of their testing is in Africa and Europe, I don't think you can say that they aren't targeting anyone else or that they are picking on Knighton in particular. We asked for this, this is what it's going to take to clean up the sport. It's going to hurt for a little while, but if it wasn't for the AIU there's no chance a guy like Grant Fisher gets an Olympic medal in the 5k or 10k.

Physical evidence?
Lets see, acne, round wide capped shoulders, paper thin skin, raised trapezius muscles, muscular cuts, rippled lats where the muscles pop out of their backs, shredded glutes, veins that pop out, strange looking jaws

Yes, because the AIU is focused on Kenya and not the US. When will they shift their attention to the US to ensure fairness? These Olympics have shown that this needs to happen sooner than later.
