can’t even say “it’s the shoes” because they existed in 2021.
wow!
These are always stupid and mean nothing. Only stupid people don't care about context or external factors. You have no idea what her training load was, who she was being trained by, whether she was injured or even taking the training seriously. You have no information at all about the millions of other factors that determine whether she was running fast or slow and certainly not enough to make a valid comparison, yet you try to make some meaningful connection between these numbers. To sit there and think that this woman just decided to come back into the sport and start doping is absurd.
WTF is wrong with you people?
we don’t believe a 30 year old woman can drop 20 sec in a year from mediocre to one of the all time best. that’s what’s wrong with us people.
Thanks. Beaten by Walcott-Nolan no less in that BMC race. She did improve to 4.00.xx in Prefontaine Classic this year. I'm guessing that was a PB then. In that race she's nowhere near Hull, St Pierre and Muir. But hey, 8 seconds in 3 months.

At least you admit to the problem.
The real question is why aren't you guys having breakthrough years? Excuses excuses excuses.
This site was founded on a late 20s runner slicing 2 mins off his 10k. Isn’t that about 20s/mile? Personally I don’t drop that much cause I didn’t start EPO😂

1. Wejo didn't drop 2min he dropped 20s, the culmination of 2years of dedicated training.
2. There is no drug that improves your time by 2 minutes.

That was indeed a PB - bettering the indoor 4.03 she did in February.
It's also where she got the Olympic qualifying standard, and according to her recent interview with Citius Mag that's specifically what she set out to do, running 64 second laps from start to finish. So it's quite possible she could have gone a bit quicker if she'd tried following the pace set by some of the others.
But yes, there's certainly been a significant improvement in a relatively short time. Even when you use the correct times.

29:49 to 28.06 isn’t 20s..
Cather Lombard suggests 3 mins is more like the EPO effect
And since past posts suggest you struggle a bit with comprehension: how many people here think wejo is a doper cause of the mega performance versus hard training. Why wouldn’t you think other people would also respond to training?
She ran a very similar tactical race at world indoors. But instead of rallying beyond Welteji during the final steps for bronze, she rallied past Welteji in the final steps for fourth.
If Bell had medalled there she probably would have received greater attention toward Paris.
