It's insane how up and down Jamaican women are. 10.54 one season, 11.00 the next. Last year shericka was WR potential in the 200. This year she was terrible.
It doesn't matter. The 100 is a race between Julien and Shacarri.
Bouncing from 10.54 to 11.00 season-to-season is not out of question. Many factors go into performance - if even one of them is off it can affect performance by that margin. Also, I believe your numbers are inaccurate - who went from 10.54 to 11.00?

Presumably Elaine but that's still inaccurate since she ran 10.79 in 2022, the year after her 10.54
