I started a thread about this and I think I figured it out. I have a touch screen monitor and when I touched the screen, an exclamation point and a speech balloon appear in the bottom left corner. If you touch the speech balloon, it will have options for Audio and Subtitles. Beside Audio it will have options for "English" and "English AW". Touch the "English" one and you should be good.

I can't stand Olympic Opening Ceremonies. Can't fvcking stand them. The only good one was in 2012 when Queen Elizabeth sky dived down onto Wembley.

I don't like them either but I have to say 2012 was just stunning. Bit biased but I've never seen anything come close.
