How or why did you peg the 16y-old Alemayo to drop another huge PB? A 14:28.x from Battocletti would be amazing. 🤩
Regardless of whether she’s 16 or 18 or whatever, it seems possible that Alemayo is a prodigious freak talent who will run amazing times in a few years.
She has no results listed on World Athletics prior to this year. This year she’s won all 3 of her races: u20 World XC over a teammate who’s since run 14:38, Kip Keino Classic 5k over Margaret Kipkemboi who ran 29:27 at Pre the following month, and a 14:39 5k beating Winfred Yavi the steeplechase world champion. She could have more in her.

Could be a coin-flip between her, her 19yr old teammate, Wudu and Battocletti for the 2nd and 3rd medals, so it will likely come down to who between them, after the Kenyan, can close it down the fastest in the last 400m.
I fear Jacob and possible someone else will dip under the world record and it will be an absolute travesty. Kenyan doping might be out of control but it Iis UNDER control in Europe.
At least your honestly expose your bias. You "fear" a WR!?
Lol I assumed you had an algorithm because you are always near the top in the LRC contests and the FL fantasy league
The acclaimed master of prognostications and former 'Rankerchief'. Promoter of alternate realities, including, i believe, an Olympic five lapper. You have to be attuned to lateral thinking and have some time on your hands to be as good as JWH
Jakob will go out in 1:45 for 800 meters, then go out to the side, take a sip of water, and jog 3:23, yelling "GO home DEVASTATED HATERS!!!" Nuguse fades to 3:38.

1. Renguruk, 2. Wudu, 3. Alemayo
Those Ethiopians, like Getachew and Belayneh, ran feisty at the John Thomas Terrier Classic 5000m.
OK not bad. Rai flipped it on Warholm. Dos Santos went out hard and they didn’t.
Pattison, Attaoui and Cheminingwa were all great and exceeded my expectations. Kramer just doesn’t get tired. Arop tried to do too much.
Mens 1500 they went out harder so more carnage. Nuguse a bit disappointing. Komen - awesome. Hoare fell apart, and Laros fell. Habz and Nader struggling in the fast races. Gourley and Nordas OK not great.
