    Can you confirm the measuring devices both for the track and HJ weren't calibrated correctly? My statistical analysis reveals the track was actually only 395 meters long.

    This .9875 figure for the HJ would also work and make her jump by 2.07.

    I thought they only way to tell the differences in tracks is to look and verify the stamped engineering schematics. A redo would require remeasurements to verify distances/lengths.

    The energy in the stadium was electric when the HJ record went down.

    The track races were even more special when so many French records were set.

    Crazy thing was I got 404.2 meters per lap so actually it was probably a WR in the 800 and a 3:45 for Kipyegon.
