My current streak is 11340. It's on Windows Vista so it allows multiple Undos. My statistics say 11353 games played, 11347 games won...it's because my girlfriend at the time played the first few games, and for whatever reason I didn't reset the stats when I started playing.

Unless I'm missing something, Freecell is always beatable. 472 in a row for me.
Record is 1694 wins & 120 losses.
Longest winning streak is 163.
Longest losing streak is 4.

Bullsh*t. I've won almost 500 games in a row and can't figure this one out.
I stopped playing long ago and don't have that particular computer anymore, but I used to have a really high streak somewhere over 1000.
I'm not that great, but I figured out that if I got stuck in a game and then hit control-alt-delete to open the task manager there was a way to exit the game without it counting as a loss.
Once I figured out that trick I never lost again. Not sure if it still works or not on current Windows whatever.
And, geez, who the hell still plays Freecell? Is this 1997? Maybe it ten years you guys will discover Angry Birds.

I'm just trying to imagine what three people posted between 12-7-14 and 6-26-22 that got their posts removed in a thread about consecutive wins in FreeCell. They must have been real barnburners of posts.

My winning streak is 25,361. It would have been more but I hit the buttons on the phone wrong to end the streak.
why are you all discussing a game that's all but impossible to lose? This is like fighting 1000 ants one on one and beating them all.

Freecell is quoted to be a good mental stimulant and the challenge is to not to just to win but try to win the game in under 60 sec.

to these posters, the challenge seems to be to rack up consecutive wins.
If there was ever a Microsoft game where consecutive wins should be the real challenge, it's Minesweeper. But instead everyone plays that for time, rewarding reckless play and luck. Act like the mine would actually kill you and it's more realistic.
