What was delusional was anyone thinking Andrews was an actual contender for the team. She’s done.
Because she ran in the heat that was running 17+ min 5k pace to start. She DFL if she is in heat one
that seems unlikely as her finals time would have placed her 8th in heat 1, and that heat was slower paced than the final (9:20 at 3000 vs Tuohy at 9:05 at 3000 in final) which probably would have been a plus for her. But hate away if it makes you happy.
three of the women Tuohy beat in the final (Gregory, Wasserman, Born) advanced out of the 1st heat. If she was fitter than them in a faster race in the final why would she not have been fitter than them off a slower pace in the heat?
