NIkki has stated publicly that they support Caster Semenya and they have no issue with DSD athletes competing. You are going to have to find a different made-up, bullsh!t idea to spread hate.

Lol. The only reason Nikki is a professional runners is because there is a women’s division. The only reason this booed runner was at the state meet is because they should have been in the boys division but were allowed in the girls. If you want to be sad be sad this kid was allowed to do this in the first place.

If I could ask anyone what they think, it would be the girls (all of them) who were displaced by this XY human in every race all year, and certainly including the state meet participants.

The girl denied a state title, the girls who got the wrong medals and points, the girl knocked out the finals, the girls on teams that didn't score what they should have... I want to know how they feel, and have them be able to express it without fear of reprisals.

There are a lot of victims in this and the XY human ain't one of them.

The people who enable men with transexualism deserve far worse than boos.

This might be harsh but I think it's a moral hazard to not boo. There has to be a stigma attached to males competing in the women's division. Imagine the amount of narcistic entitlement involved when a man decides they want to compete against women -- maybe a negative reaction will make some of them think twice.

Let's just put that aside because as I stated earlier, I'm not here to debate whether or with whom transgender athletes should be competing. But I do take issue with how the discourse is being handled. I'm asking you to legitimately engage with me for a second:

What do you actually want? If I gave you a magic wand, what do you want to see happen? Transgendered athletes competing in an open category, or a trans category, transgendered kids barred from competing all together. Maybe transgenderism not existing at all?

Again, I'm not here to make a judgement on you based on your values or beliefs on transgenderism. Before we come up with a solution, we need to define the destination. This is an online forum, where the nuance of tone, facial expressions, and body language don't exist. So, when someone says point blank "no amount of force is too much," I don't know if that person is being hyperbolic to prove a point, or sarcastic, or maybe just negligent in their word use. Does this person actually want a solution to the issue, or do they just want to be mad about something?That language can absolutely be interpreted as a call for violence. And that's my problem with how this issue is being handled. So, if you want open categories, or whatever, just say that outright.

So again, I ask -- and I'll even treat them like an adult like you wish -- why is is appropriate to personally attack this person? What does it achieve? Are we trying to solve an issue or just trying to tear down an individual -- who again is competing as the rules allow?

I'm not sure why you assume narcissistic entitlement. Isn't it possible that a teen's thought process is "I like to run. I don't feel like I have the right body. The rules say I must compete in this category, so that's what I'll do?" I'm not sure there's always some nefarious explanation going on.

But, to your main argument, I ask what is the collateral damage that you -- that we as a society are willing to accept? Since you frame this as a moral hazard, you seem to understand that there will be negative fall out of some sort, but that it's greater for the good. There's plenty of studies demonstrating the extremely high suicide and self harm rate amongst transgendered teens and adults. So it's really not a leap of logic to say, "hey, maybe we shouldn't have large groups of people hurling vitriol and publicly humiliating people who are likely suicidal." I just don't get how that improves the situation for anybody. "Sorry your teammate slit their wrists, girls, but we really needed to prove a point."

This notion that gender and sex are not the same thing has to be the least scientific claim I've witnessed in my entire adult life. Not only that, the validation required by society to use the language (pronouns) of this mentally unstable minority shows that most people are sheep willing to do whatever they're told. Of course, we learned this during covid when people complied with the silliest and most harmful regulations while those creating the regulations ignored them entirely.
