Way to stay on topic. This thread is about a specific situation that has nothing to do with Donny. A man, who doesn't appear to be on any hormones or treatments, simply declares he identifies as a women. He shows up and wins a state track title with his obvious advantage over young girls. Then he has the gall to complain that they didn't celebrate him enough?! The fact you support this and instead turn the topic to something else shows how disgusting you people are.

I also remember this athlete being interviewed after their race and using the arrogant retort, “Just another day at the office!”.

Liberals struggle with what they know is right, and what they're supposed to support as right. And they go against their gut and follow the herd every time.

Transgenderism is an expression of liberalism, which is left wing. It represents a liberation from the shackles of all convention, now reaching sex/gender. The liberals believe that there is a difference between soul and body and your true self, as represented by your soul, should be free to pursue whatever endeavors in life it wishes. As such, we should not be confined by things like your sex, religion, nationality, family, race, etc.. All of your immutable characteristics are portrayed as obstacles in your soul achieving its true self.

This is obviously deeply incorrect. We are not just souls floating in the ether, we are also our bodies. We are both soul and body, inseparably intertwined. As such, our body, our immutable characteristics are important elements of our true selves. Our bodies should be respected and worshipped in a similar way that we think of our soul.

If you do not believe me, take a look at how the lives of these people who believe strongly in this liberal ideal (of emancipation from the body) destroy themselves, first through a disregard and destruction of their bodily health, which also destroys their mental health.

We see transgenderism and a general identity crisis because we have placed too much belief in liberalism. A path out of this would require us to embrace immutable characteristics and reject a soul/body dichotomy.

Anytime libs get caught doing something unpopular, they pull out the "instead of us against them, let's come together and agree!! :) " ideology. News flash buddy, you can't have it both ways and attack others for disagreeing with you then try to switch up and be the "reasonable, level-headed good guy" when you get called on BS policies of your party.

Liberals place a high amount of trust in institutions (news, academia, doctors, authority figures in general) because they are largely women. Women are more inclined to support the status quo as a way to socially climb.

The liberals are defined in western nation by its largest constituency which are women who are not romantically involved with men (women who are seeking an authority figure).

The institutions have gotten so bizarre in the past couple of decades that now even the followers (women) are finding it hard to take seriously. Its going to be interesting how women will respond to a loss of legitimacy in our institutions.

This is the most limp wristed response I have ever seen and I am not surprised at all.

I think veronica really believes she's just one of the girls,and doesn't see herself as male,at all.In her mind ,she's female.

Great! In any other era "she" would have dealt with some mental weirdness early on and then grown out of it. Activists want to make sure that never happens, which is one of two major reasons they try to catch them while they're young.

These studies claim that "gender affirming care" makes these people less suicidal. Im more interested in what makes these people in the first place. Is there some kind of socially contagious element to transgenderism? Are people who would not have ever thought of themselves in these terms being created into transgenders?

You are saying that supporting this "gender affirming care" takes a group of people who kill themselves at very high rates and makes them kill themselves at slightly less higher rates. I think it would be a better idea to try to just make less of this group of people.

It reminds me of how liberals provide clean needles to drug addicts. They look at the heroin addict, living their miserable life and say, how can I make his life better? So they enable his heroin addiction. Now he can use his drug of choice without risking infection. We can point to research which shows that heroin addicts who receive free paraphernalia from the government have better outcomes!

The obvious issue with this style of thinking is that it creates more heroin addicts! And to live a life as a heroin addict with clean needles provided by the state is still a far worse fate than to live a sober life.
