Is he going to complain that his (or his lawyers’) decision not to take the stand was actually forced by the judge and is therefore proof of the trial being rigged?
I'm not saying he hasn't broken the law technically but he's running for president. Shouldn't the courts stay out of this and let him run regardless? And if you think I'm biased I would say this if he's Ted Bundy or Mrs Doubtfire, if you're a politician they should let you run.
I despise him. He will get my vote, though, because I despise political corruption more. It will be overturned on appeal, but by then the damage us done.
Anyone who followed the trial knows this us a travesty. And I despise Trump.
Why do you need to lie? Are you trying to be like Trump?

You don't despise him, you clown. You love him. Go ahead cast your vote for the criminal. You moron.

This is the stupidest reasoning there is. If I'm charged with felonies, and then I decided to run for an office, should my trial be put on hold???
NO
Everyone should be subject to the same rules. EVERYONE!!!

He was convicted by a 12-member jury that went through jury selection and were OK'd by the defense team and the prosecution. Those 12 jurors all voted guilty on all 34 counts. Seems pretty fair to me. Do you hate America? Trial by jury is very American—and fair.
You despise political corruption but want to vote Trump right after he is convicted of political corruption.
You obviously didn't follow the trial. I didn't vote for Trump in the 2 previous elections. He is despicable. The way to deal with that is not a fake trial with a loony DA and a corrupt judge.

Where do you draw the line? What crimes can any declared candidate commit without being prosecuted? Does this apply to nominees on the ballot from parties other than R/D?
