Make sure you brush your teeth. Those things (gummies) are terrible for your teeth.
And yeah, runners should be getting plenty of calories. Be smart about it, eat healthy but don't starve yourself. Just have a smart approach: protien, whole grains, fruits+veggies and some fats. This is not rocket science.
