Not a treadmill, but I have used a standing desk for seven years. I can raise and lower it. I keep it high except for Zoom meetings. Varidesk is one company that provides them. Not very expensive and prevents the "sitting is the new smoking."

My wife works from home sometimes instead of going in to the office and she constantly on Teams calls. We set up a walking treadmill and adjustable standing desk and she has really liked that better than what she was previously doing. The treadmill can be folded and pushed out of the way when she doesn't want to do that, like if it's a higher level meeting, or she has to do more focused writing.
Not a treadmill but I have an arrangement where I can go cacca anytime without work interruption. Caccadesk has some nice options with electronic siphoning and bidet controls personalizable memory settings.
