I’m 35 and haven’t been on a date in 6 years, but who talks about exclusivity? That should be an unspoken agreement that if you go on a date, you are only dating/seeing that one person. If that’s not the way it is then I’m glad I focus on traveling the world and don’t date. That would be a total waste of my time and life.

I have some other women that are basically just friends with benefits. They know we're not in a relationship or anything like that, and there's no expectation there. The 3 women I wrote about in my OP all want me to be "their man," so that's the tricky part. I like them all pretty well but honestly don't want to be exclusive with any of them... I'm considering essentially just telling them that, in a tactful way of course. I don't know.

I know people frown upon this behavior, but every time in the past I've committed to one woman and tried to actually be a decent bf to her, it was kind of a turning point for the relationship and kiss of death. It's like some part of a woman's brain is actually turned off by commitment and loyalty. I know not all are like that, but it's happened with me more than once now, and it's something a lot of guys have experienced. It's like some part of a woman's subconscious secretly prefers to be part of a harem to being the only woman her man can get.

Being in a relationship with a bunch of unspoken rules sounds like a recipe for disaster as good relationships are built upon solid communication.

Believe it or not, people have different views about dating, relationships, marriage, hooking up, etc… It is not a smart to give your heart to someone who has different views on these topics than you.

Discreetly begin using terms like 'sister wives' and 'magic underwear' and 'funeral potatoes' in your conservations with each one. See where it leads.
