When they whine about getting flamed but turn around and start topics guaranteed to invite flaming. Lastly, they allow or create inflammatory posters to rile up the users and then use the moderators to protect those posters while banning others for the slightest of infractions.

As you work with the coaches in the following duties, you'll receive great satisfaction and pleasure in seeing the team follow your lead and shoot for the stars!! Plus, you'll receive a nice captain patch for your hard work. Make sure you always act with class and never, for any reason, take advantage of your position as a team captain... you can't go in the girls shower just because "you are a captain". The privilege can and will be taken away if you pour pepper in people's underwear.

I was a captain of my track team in high school and I don't really even remember what I did other than sit in the middle of the circle when we stretched as a team. I thought the captain thing was something that ended after high school and was kind of just ceremonial anyway.

Maybe Americans should focus less on silly little ego titles, and a bit more on running faster.
