This girl transferred from Valor Christian to Mountain Vista before track 2023. She didn’t race much last XC season due to injury.
Mountain Vista returns all 7 of the NXN team members, in addition to her.

I think they have a legitimate shot of winning NXN next fall.

Really? ... I would say even with Michalak leaving that Air Academy has a decent shot. They had 2 freshman who will only get better.

Yeah I think Mountain Vista and Air Academy both have a shot at an NXN title.

But it’s not so easy to go back-to-back as national champions especially on the HS girls side
