depends what the poster meant by "light". Woody Kincaid's stride can also be interpreted as looking like he's stubbing his toe for 4,200m followed by a notable and impressive closing turnover.

really confused by the original post. "Light, short...." meaning visually pleasing and efficient looking, right? But then ".....short, choppy" sounds more like visually distressing and inefficient looking. So are you pro Luis/Reed, or bashing them? Fully aware the eye test has no bearing on actual efficiency and has been scientifically proven to have no bearing on a runner's efficiency when tested in a lab (see referenced studies by Ross Tucker)

Regardless, it some how makes me think of the exact opposite of the question: Mo Ahmed. Dude looks like a loping computer animated wireframe about to dislocate his hips at any moment, and i'm all for it.
