At this point, it appears whoever designed those ridiculous shoes is either Trolling Trump or a member of the “deep state”.

I can imagine that being somebody’s slyly intent, but it doesn’t matter, given his tastes and level of self-awareness.

Look at all the photos of him, his living spaces, and his possessions over the years: The guy can’t get enough of gaudiness.
