That's not how evidence or argument works. You made the accusation; you said "racism is the reason this thing happened." It's on you to show your claim is true, not on everyone else to prove it's false.
My claim was not that it is racism. I said it might not be. But it could be. Many seem to dismiss this possibility
You have lost your mind if you think his performance this year warranted a firing. Ridiculous
If you don't play nice with the Head Coach you're not going to last.
Perhaps Wilks has lasted only 1 season in all 5 of his positions because of his own actions and not some racist conspiracy that a league which worships BLM is sneaky racist.
the biggest benefit to never hiring a black coach (or anything really) is that when you do eventually have to fire them (because all coaches eventually get fired) you wont be charged with racism.

Zero black majority owners in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL.
From someone who has researched and published on issues of systemic racism in sports, let me say...
Do we know this coach was fired because of racism? Absolutely not.
Do we know that minority coaches in professional and college football tend to be fired more quickly than white coaches with similar performance metrics? Yes. The data bears that out.
But the longer I am around, the more I see that people (at an individual level) can be fired for things that are never made public, for the good of both parties. Was this coach incredibly hard to get along with all season? Did he ignore advice or direct orders from the head coach late in this game? Both are certainly possible.
Was his dismissal racist, or was it just general scapegoating?
Sports teams are prone to overreaction these days, and maybe it’s an overreaction to the final drive where KC continually picked them apart one way, then the SF D sold out to stop that kind of play and got picked apart another way, then the SF D sold out to stop THAT type of play and got picked apart a third way, on down the field until KC walked them off. Just watch and study that final drive if you know even a little bit about football schemes and play calling - and I admit I myself know “a little,” I’m no expert. But KC’s play caller (and/or Mahomes with audibles when appropriate) were playing chess while SF’s defense (and thus the DC) were dumbly chewing on a checkerboard. Is that worth firing, I don’t know. I don’t know if that’s even the real reason. But your man got absolutely torched on a drive that could have won the squad a ring. Even when they forced a fourth and one, they never looked like they were going to seal the deal.
Lets try to remember that Shanahan has blown two ten point leads in the super bowl as head coach and was offensive coordinator when Atlanta blew a 28-3 lead to the Patriots. Seems like when push comes to shove, Shanahan gets outcoached in the big game granted it was to Belicheck and Reid twice.
Unlinke DeMeco Ryans, Wilks didn't want to be on the sidelines. When SF lost a few games in a row, he was told he needed to get back there. So it appears there was some strife early in the season.
Before racism is thrown around, how many white coaches/coordinators were fired at the end of this season?

So he got fired because he couldn’t stop arguably the greatest QB of all time on a final drive? I don’t even think YOU believe that nonsense.

Coach S Wilks will know what was or was not said to him. If he does not say racism, I will not either.
What I will say: Coach K Shanahan immediately after Superbowl said he wants Coach S Wilks back for 2024-2025 season. No doubt K Shanahan had a meeting with his superiors, 49ers organization. Instead of taking responsibility in post season meeting for his decisions regarding the offense AND canceling a 3rd down zero blitz in 4th quarter, K Shanahan likely shifted blame to S Wilks. Maybe 49ers defense would have gotten to Mahomes with zero blitz?
No doubt meeting K Shanahan had with owners &/or upper management was adversarial. Shanahan wouldn't have gotten fired if he would have taken responsibility in meeting. By all the evidence, it leads us to believe K Shanahan threw S Wilks under the bus.

I assume you're AKA Georgia Boy, but.... go back and read your opening post. It's unambiguous that you're saying its racism.

Who knows.
Show us your "data".
Then explain to us how Patrick Ewing lasted so long at Georgetown when it was obvious early-on that he couldn't coach a lick? Also explain how Juwan Howard still is the coach at Michigan, despite also not being able to coach a lick, AND repeatedly getting into physical altercations with opposing coaches, Michigan staff members, etc? Tons of other examples.
Your narrative is garbage. Crap coaches come in all skin-tones.
Fired after one year, had top 10 defense, held possibly the greatest QB ever to one TD in regulation and his reward is a pink slip. 🤦🏽♂️ But remember it could NEVER be racism because that doesn’t exist in AmeriKKKa….or the NFL. Black coaches are playing on a level field and are treated fairly. 😡
You want a seat at every table and unfair advantages because of some perceived feeling of racism. The moment some folks in society are all held by the same standard, you cry foul. Shocker....
Ah yes, I used to tell my daughter about The Boy Who Cried Wolf, also.
When you put "racyyycizm" on life support, you have to gin up the most absurd of examples like a multi-billion dollar industry coach getting nixed because of poor performance.
He'll be a head coach in two years buddy, dontcha fret my dear!
