I think a lot of us have hit all of these (apart from the marathon due to length) in workouts, but even in a race I can't get sub 50. That time seems totally out of place.

Generous to assume "a lot" of Letsrun guys are breaking 2:00 in the 8 during a workout
Assume we are talking about an average 30 year old hobbyjogger
- sub 12 100
- sub 50 400
- sub 2 800
- sub 5 mile
- sub 20 5k
- sub 40 10k
- sub 1:20 half
- sub 3 full
This is a laughably lazy attempt to compare distances. The 400/800 are many orders of magnitude harder than the rest. The 400 time is good enough to qualify you for the final at worlds in the women’s race. The 5k time is something maybe 5000 high school girls do in the USA alone every year. The half marathon is also literally faster per mile than the 5k pace, despite being > 4x as long. So yes, running 6:06 per mile for a half is way harder than running 6:26 for a 5k, regardless of one’s age.
yeah.... to add to that, many of these are in no way "popular" running goals. I've heard maybe one hobbyjogger state they wanted to break 50 but they were a track athlete doing distance for fun
Just off the cuff here I'm most impressed with that half, but I would want to verify that it was run on a legit course. The full is almost as good...maybe better considering it shows you put in a good amount of work.
That 10K is by far the least impressive. You should be able to run well under 36 with those 5K and half times.
easiest: sub 20 5k [fairly decent parkrunner, did that at 15, took me about 4/5 months of distance training]
- sub 40 10k [see above, would be next on the goals list unless your middle distance]
- sub 3 mara [goes hand in hand with the sub 40min 10k, gold standard of most HJs]
- sub 1:20 half [getting beyond HJ zone, enough to at least podium most local halfs]
- sub 5min mile [also goes with the 1:20 half, will be tough but doable with enough time, if you run this time you are probably also ranked a good way up national leaderboards for the 1500m and / or 3000m]
- sub 12 100m [will at least get u into a semi at national champs]
*BIG BIG JUMP*
- sub 2 800m [national podium, world class level, would probably qualify you for worlds, if not them defo euros]
- sub 50 400m [olympic final, high chance of a medal]
- sub 12 100 - many people will never, even with training
- sub 50 400 - harder than sub-12.0 100, and fewer people truly train for the 400 than the 100
- sub 2 800 - easier than either the 100 or 400 above. A 50.0 runner trained for the 800 should be able to run 1:53 or faster.
- sub 5 mile - much weaker than the 800 above, obviously
- sub 20 5k - weaker still
- sub 40 10k - harder than the 20:00 5k, obviously (faster pace for longer!), but much weaker than a 5:00 mile
- sub 1:20 half - harder than the 40,10k, obviously (faster pace for longer!). I think this is close to the 5:00 mile above but a bit easier if trained for
- sub 3 full - easier than the sub-1:20 half, harder than the sub-40:00 10k.
