He's a B+ talent and the US is full of A talents. He's the Dak Prescott of the 1500 for the USA.
I don’t think Craig’s lacking talent he has great form and a 1:44 800m, he just doesn’t seem like he’s developed his threshold to where it needs to be to run 3:29 in the 1500m.
For instance, he’s probably more talented than Narve Nordas or Filip Ingebrigtsen who have both medaled at worlds. The difference is that they’d beat him by ten seconds in a 3k despite having less speed than Engels
How so? Both have way faster 1500m PB's Narve 3:29 and Filip 3:30....
