Dempsey is great for an oversized track.
BONUS--Jamin is banned there.
200m banked track at Birmingham Crossplex - Birmingham, AL
The new one in Gainesville sounds pretty nice too. I apologize if it’s already been mentioned. Assuming we get some national qualifiers will be checking it out in March for the Juco nationals.
another +1 for Penn State as well as the 300m indoor track at Spire in Ohio
Armory was a favorite of mine in college but now I have to drive across the GW Bridge to get there, I have to doc a few points
The University of Nebraska and the University of Iowa have very nice 200m banked tracks. Pittsburg State and Washburn, both in Kansas are nice tracks too. Iowa State and KU are mid. Northwest Missouri State track easily trumps the University of Missouri's track.

Penn State, Liberty U, Ocean Breeze (Staten Island)
USATF and Nike must not have been too impressed with Ocean Breeze since both pulled their championship meets out of there after 1 year
Ocean Breeze looks awful on tv after the sun goes down (and in general). The track looks nice - the rest just doesn't look to have any charm.

UW track is pretty bad for sprints. The Podium in Spokane is hands down the best facility I've personally been to.
NW Missouri State also has a very nice facility, especially for a smaller school. Of course the new one in Vegas will be the GOAT
I coach HS in NJ where there are no banked tracks available for meets of any decent size. Our state level meets are held on an aging flat 200m track in an inflatable bubble in Toms River. Fortunately we are able to travel to Ocean Breeze for many of our meets. The kids really like racing there. There is plenty of seating, a good warmup area and the meets in general are very well run. The facility sits about 200m from NY Bay with a great view of the Verrazano Narrow Bridge. It’s easy to get to and parking is plentiful. I think the issue that USATF has with OB it that there are very no amenities close by (restaurants/hotels) - no places place to stay or to grab a beer and a sandwich. The only place to eat within walking distance (1/4 mile) is a deli/bodega. For the USATF meet - athletes were shuttled from Manhattan hotels - I guess that’s at least is a 30-35 minute drive. Of the five boroughs of NYC - Staten Island is an outlier. We are fine going there for HS meets. However, after spending two days/one night there attending the 2019 USATF meet - that’s not something I would do again.

Pretty good list. ETSU's track is like 309 meters or something. Not sure if they still host a meet.
Harvard's track is banked too, similar to the armory.
U of Maine is building a 300 meter track but it won't be operational this year.
These are good tracks to run at if you're shooting for an indoor pr. Albuquerque is at moderate altitude though so keep that in mind.
ETSU track is gone.
JDL Fast Track didn’t impress me. It didn’t seem particularly fast and it’s in a metal shed without much seating or warmup space. It doesn’t compete with Louisville (Norton) or Birmingham,AL (CrossPlex) or The Armory or BU…
NOT in tracktown Eugene. It's past time.
Virginia Beach has beachfront hotels and no traffic in the winter.
CU Boulder has a super nice 300 track but its at altitude and they don't like letting people race on it.
The Cross plex in birmingham alabama is also a nice facility.
The washburn track isn't nice for distance because the bank is too steep and the surface is very hard
KC has a nice 350m mondo
Well BU has a short track. So that's why you see people trying to get standards and records that otherwise they wouldn't have. Aka this past weekend
JDL is a dump there is just no other indoor facilities in the area that host events
