I don’t think you’ll find anywhere that I said she wasn’t world class. It’s possible to be world class and toxic at the same time. Lots of blaming others for her own issues and “look at me” type behavior- bugs.

Very dumbfounding, unless she is still part of the team and paid by Nike so she doesn't spill the beans. That would also explain how she can "afford" to continue her lifestyle as if nothing changed - nothing changed aside from her racing less.

I call cap on this. I've followed Charles for probably 4 years on Strava and, like everyone else in BTC, he stopped posting on Strava as soon as he joined the group. His last public post was in June 2023. You're trying to convince us that the ONE DAY that he posted publicly was the day that he ran this tempo when Shelby was in the vicinity? No way. If he uploads at all, he clearly has the default setting to "private" so that's so improbable as to be BS. And of course there is nothing there now nor was there last night when I first saw this thread.
Regardless, if it happened then so what? Shelby is all over the place and it doesn't mean that she's training with the group. It's pretty clear that she isn't and that her coach is her sister. I'm not defending Shelby, but this has nothing to do with BTC and you conspiracy theorists need to give it a rest.

A feeling? Nah. The fact that she seems to always be complaining, and everything is always someone else’s fault. Seems like she sort of thrives on the drama.
I would argue that a coach who allows a banned athlete to hang around the team and potentially putting other athletes at risk for a ban IS at fault and GDS has a right to complain about it.
I would argue that Shelby continuing to put the team in that position and then whine about GDS to the media IS drama but not drama GDS is causing.
I would argue loyalty means something in this world. I applaud Jerry for being loyal to his long term athlete rather than capitulating to the selfish demands of a foreign newcomer.

We have past teammates saying she continued to work with the team post-ban. Why is it a “conspiracy” to ask if she still is?
Can you shed light on who she is consistently training with, how she’s being funded, etc? You know, since it’s pretty clear.

Training for your event during a doping suspension is a direct violation of the doping regulations. I'm of the opinion she should be given a lifetime ban at this point. That she is flaunting the violation of anti doping rules during a suspension is ridiculous. And everyone in the sport has been very suspicious of Jerry for a while, that one of his athletes was busted and the way they have handled this is not suprising anyone.

Is this true? Surely WADA cannot stop someone from simply training? Where would the resources come from?
