Can Rudisha currently run like 2:06 for 800m? Assuming he’s healthy and getting some exercise, of course a 34year old, one-time 1:40 800m runner could easily run 2:06. Just like 10,000+ high school boys could
I think that if you are young and fit, you can't even imagine how it feels to be fat, old, injured, and slow.
People who are actually legit fat, injured, or out of shape (Rudisha) can't magically run as fast as you think they can.
I'd take Valby on this one.

About 1/2 of you racists would see Rudisha chasing Valby and try to have him arrested.
I think there is little to zero chance he doesn't have the lead at 400. It's 2023 - she'd be chasing him. ;)

100%
Judging by recent photos of him on Instagram and Twitter, he easily weighs over 200 pounds and has probably been on the 0 mpw schedule for quite some time. So many of you would be surprised by what that does to a former athlete, even David Rudisha.
Get Cacho in there for some 1990's late race EPO surges.
Also i want to add that josh kerr is a great runner. Josh kerr is also not worthy of tying Jakobs sneakers.
Could she break 2:08?
Yes. But his 18:03 time for 5000m will be 4 minutes 0 seconds behind the PR she runs for 5000m next summer/fall
