best advice is don't give up, and take it slow. you're getting more benefits out of "easy" paces that aren't really easy at all on your body.
i spent much of the past summer training in southwestern Texas near Big Bend. most runs were 95-115 degrees fahrenheit. it didn't feel like it at the time but i built a really good base even though i was going extremely slow. always remember what matters is your effort not your time.
