Your 4:10 miler would forgoing a scholarship to run as a female. She would also be subject to horrific bullying.

People keep suggesting this like it is an easy solution and would please and be best for everyone. This is not the case. Female transgender runners don't want an open division, they want to run in the girls/women division.
