Zero proof? Oh sure she never tested negative (that we know of), but that doesn’t prove anything. Plenty of drug users never test positive. Joyner went from being a good international runner to the greatest the world has ever seen, in her mid-20s. Her times are maybe just now being approached 35 years later.
Look by all accounts she was a nice lady and well-liked. But that doesn’t mean she didn’t take drugs.
The same thing can be said the other way. Just because she smashed world records, that doesn’t mean she took drugs.

Note she was 28 years old during that sudden, amazing time drop. There is no other conclusion to draw. We can all wish into otherwise, but she took steroids.

28 years 8 months ≈ 29 years
She continued to improve, again setting a personal best of 10.89 in the 100 meters in San Diego on June 25, 1988, but still remained shy of then American record holder Evelyn Ashford's three best times.[28] A week before the trials she ran a tune-up race in 10.99 in Santa Monica.

Infidels more like the weakling that post with various anonymous user names.
Consider it like a privilege to do an effort to post in English.
