Yeah Djoker is never going to be considered the GOAT by most because he is really just a sociopathic guy who became a great tennis player. It is difficult to cheer for him. He is good no doubt.
So who is - Federer?

He is not only the GOAT but is much beloved by free people everywhere for standing up to the establishment thugs

You obviously know very little about tennis. 20 million people in the US, and
a billion in the world, play the sport, so the so called pool is, in fact, HUGE.
Djokovic is a great athlete, as are most of those he plays.
Somehow these players are able to serve hundreds of times a match, with great
accuracy, unlike a pro baseball pitcher, who is pulled out of the game after a pitch count of less than 100, though I recognize that the pitcher is not using a racket, but
still…

After seeing the replay, I hope Medvedev plays better than that most of the time. It wasn't close, he looked terrible, never had the upper hand. Struggled so much, holding serve in the 2nd looked like a great achievement
Med played really great against Alcarez. Now I see how hard it is for guys to do that back to back. If you can do it, then you are Djokovic, Nadal, Federer. He showed some of that during the second set with Djokovic—he is really fast for a lanky person. Got to so many dropshots and somehow has managed to be world #3 while standing 19 feet behind the baseline to return serve.

If you google How Many Tennis Players in the World, the most common result is 87 million. Seems a bit low to me but certainly not 1 billion!
And while the pool of 100 meter sprinters can essentially be considered the entire world population because if you are a really fast local kid you will be discovered and eventually get good coaching, pretty much only tennis players who get private coaching should be considered part of the pool. I'd say it's pretty small.
Djokovic (24 grand slams), Federer (20 grand slams) and Nadal (22 grand slams) - generally considered the best ever.
All played in generally the same era.
Djokovic has more major wins than all of them.
Objectively, how can you not consider him the GOAT?
*50% of Roger Federer’s name is ‘er’

Rolled my eyes when they came back from commercial break and he and everyone in his crew were wearing new Lacoste jackets with "24" emblazoned on it. How long have they been hauling those around? And this was after he changed into his mamba Kobe t-shirt.
Admired his play tonight. It's hard to get by him in a tournament, even when he has to include some old man stretching in between points. But he always does something that reminds me why I don't root for him. Everything nice Medvedev says about him is true. I bet he's a nice guy and the other players like him. But then he has to go remind you in his speech that he's no nepo baby and no one in his family played tennis, so crazy choice! of him to take up the sport. Just crazy! This is also true but this is like your 24th Grand Slam win. It's like Taylor Swift acting surprised to win a Grammy. I'll give him a pass on mentioning he had to survive 2 wars in the 90s.
I think other people could say all the same things and it would make me cry somehow. Like they would connect it to the sacrifices their family made for them, but with Djoko it comes off as "this is why you should appreciate me more than you do."
you're putting me to sleep. who care? it's football season.

After that, he surrounded himself with some real weirdos and got very insular with his family and Ivanisevic's crew. They are very creepy and you cannot tell whether his box is full of tennis supporters or supporters for Slobodan Milošević at his war crime tribunal.
A Croat Ivanisevic being a supporter for Milosevic? Is he considered a traitor in Croatia now? (He has denied the infamous semi-automatic comment. But I am not sure who is telling the truth.)

The pool of folks that play Tennis is low. He's pushing 37 and there's no one to challenge him, that says more about the challengers than the quality of his play. Tennis is a joke
