mo farah was either a cheater or extremely deep into the gray area. when asked about the l carnitine injections, he first denied it but later admitted that he did get those injections. if he had nothing to hide, he would have been happy to talk openly and honestly about things he take. with that said, i don't have much doubt in my mind that the other top runners were also cheaters. with how technologically advanced NOP was and how alberto saladbar studies vitamins and minerals down to a science, mo farah's cheats were likely superior to the cheats that other runners used
I would put Coe/Cram/Bannister above an obviously compromised and fairly shifty Mo. On sheer personality and purely as runners I would put Elliot/Jones/Peters/Ovett/Bedford above him as well. But that's just opinion and nothing more.
You'd put Bannister above Farah? Absolutely ridiculous statement.
Remember that jacksprat is Coevett. Remember that Roger Bannister was white. That is all you need to know.
We’ve discussed all of this ad nauseum here. Average elite turned unbeatable after moving from mottram’s group and training for years as a pro to Beaverton with Salazar and off grid training camps under the tutelage of Jama Aden. Multiple missed drug tests (with a claim of a faulty doorbell), lying about whereabouts and actually being dumb enough to post a picture, entitled actions at the airport, false claims of racism at the tube (when it was en vogue to declare everything under the sun as racist), fight at Geb’s hotel, fight with old man at London park, dipping out on the bill at Geb’s hotel, bizarre antics on an oversized treadmill 2 days before running the London marathon, and claims that he was trafficked as a slave to the uk. Had a foundation where an extremely small percentage was actually utilized for charity. Extra sauce goes to his wife that peaced out in Oregon and kept significant amounts of money from pre-paid clients at her spa after disappearing without warning.
Ha! Nicely done - that does about cover it and I know that you definitely have some intel sources. Couldn't have said it better myself!
Mo Farah used his opportunities excellently. He made the right choices at the right time.He was always willing to learn especially in his early and mid career. He learnt from the Kenyans at Tidworth in London .He learnt alot from Alberto Salazaar .He learnt alot training with the Ethiopians. There is also no doubt that he learnt his racing strategy from Kenenisa Bekele.Mo Farah was an awesome student of the sport. He learnt and implemented his lessons well in training and racing. His growth stopped when he had achieved everything and stopped learning and lost the motivation. I think this occurred during his training for London marathon a few years ago in Ethiopia and had an incident in one of Haile Gabriel Sallasie's hotels. That really was the beginning of the end of what has been an illustrious career. I wouldn't equate Mo Farah to Messi but he has certainly been one of the most extra ordinary athletes inside and outside sports.Brendon tends to exergerate things sometimes but he is a good man.Brendon is a legend in his own right.

"Tidworth" 😆, no such place, unless mistaken, did you mean Teddington? (I lived in London 70s/80s ) Your post is interesting but numerous typos and misspelled words...just saying
In summation: Farah 3:28 -2:05, one of the greatest ranges in history.
If Farah cheated (possible), I think he was on a largely level playing field....for what it's worth. Example, few really believe those Slovenian TDF monsters are fuelling on water alone...
Mate, it's a puff piece by the organiser of the Great North Run to promote Farah's last ever race, at the Great North Run. He's not stupid, he knows Bekele is the GOAT, but his job here is to to analyse, it's to pump up viewers for Sunday's race.
Yesterday, I watch a documentary about Aussie exploitation films, and they were the first to show a woman full frontal nude. The actress complained in a news article that she never realized she would be shown in the nude in the cinema. The director called her to apologize. She told him, "That's free publicity."
Dopey Mo has been playing the "free publicity" game for years. He never explained why anyone would waste money trafficking a random child, who can't work, from his country, or why trafficked Mo had his last name changed to Farah, while his un-trafficked twin, who never had a name changed, was always Farah. Many Brits were duped and bought Mo's fantasy book.
All the posts saying Farrah is all that great because he was doping are ignoring the obvious elephant that there is no chance in hell Messi isn’t also doping.

I know you don't get points for style in running but in my opinion Farah was the best stylist in running with that Super easy , languid looking long, majestic stride, which he could then transfer into a deadly last lap kick. Irreplaceable really. It was super motivating/captivating to watch Mo race on the track from 2012, after his breakthrough with Salazar and friend in arms, Galen Rupp, the devout Catholic from Portland.
This is the worst part of sport. Farah was the undisputed best for a pretty good stretch. To stay on top for that long at such a wide range of distances is pretty unfathomable.
It doesn't need to be diminished by comparing everyone to everyone else

Farah is running his final race in the Great North run half marathon this morning at 10:00 a.m. British time and if you have access to BBC you can watch this race and Mo's last race.
Brendan, Brendan. Mo isn't better than Daley Thomson, coe, ovett, cram. Or Jonathan Edwards [ who still holds the world triple jump record from 1995!! And it's not a soft record either]
[ Bannister was the first amateur to break 4min mile. but the evidence is clear, that professional runners broke the feat in the 18th century ce, and their records were deliberately erased]
