It's just piss, we all piss. If you see a problem with that, you are the problem.
And Mo Farah has done it multiple times, by the way. Instagram stories about him being tested. At least some years ago.
Also, most of the runners should be educated about what the color of the urine means, so they know how, when and how much they should hydrate.

It's normal and OK to get slightly dehydratede, especially after a long run or a hard workout in hot and/or humid conditions.
Haile Gebreselassie said multiple times that during his best marathons he lost about 4-5% of his weight, because that kind of effort doesn't allow you to replenish all the fluid loses.

Looks like the stylists required dehydration for color contrast. They were going for heart IPA, not corona light with lime.
