As for Mu, you honestly think she'll make more money as a model than as a track runner. There are very few people on planet earth netting north of a million per year let alone very many 21-year-olds. If she wantst he money, she'll stay in track.

Fashion and modeling, I can't think of 2 vocations that are less impressive and less valuable than those. So you want her to give up on her generational talent in middle distance running to pursue a mindless and dead-end career that any talentless person could do?

You really don't understand? And it's not hate, you're just amping it up so that you can concern troll. Athing Mu is the best 800m women's runner since Jarmila and could the best 400m / 800m / 1500 m women's runner of all time, and she's run professionally 1x over the last year and may not run until summer 2024. That's why people are frustrated, because as American T&F fans we're mystified why someone that good would basically refuse to compete. While she absolutely has the agency to do whatever she wants with her life, we as fans have the agency to not root for her or root against her. I was a huge Mu fan until she started pulling this. Her new attitude reminds me of Usain Bolt's shameful pull up at the line in Beijing where he could have lowered the WR even more than he eventually ended up doing. You have a chance to be in the history books and you choose to say "nah"? Not cool.
