So what you're saying is that when I call someone a soy boy, it's not quite the insult I think it is? Yeah right. Next you'll be telling me that the "Red Pill" in the Matrix was based on Premarin, an estrogen pill that trans women take.
There are guys on the internet claiming that the stars do not train with lots of cardio and that there are testosterone-killing foods. Of course it's click bait but does anyone on LRC know what these mysterious foods are? (Suggestions include: Eggs, Asparagus, Bananas, and so on.)
I have seen that men must eat meat and other protein high food for a good diet, and supposedly women are to eat salads and be vegetarians. Certainly some of that is total nonsense!
We have all seen the commercials. Someone fell for it, what did they say? Did they offer a magic pill? What was in that pill?

I always see that guys video but am not gonna pay to learn his “secrets”. But nothing that’s good for you is bad for you! Sure 100 mpw will surely have an effect on testosterone but will 30-60 minutes 3 x week ? No way!
Is part of your new diet delivered by needle or gel patch?
This is one of those combination ideological/profit-driven areas in which you can hardly trust anything you hear and much of it is contradictory. For what it's worth, here is the advice from three different sites:
Some research indicates that a diet very high in fat and low in carbohydrates (similar to the carnivore diet or keto diet) may increase total testosterone levels. Another study also found higher testosterone levels in men eating a high-fat, low-fiber diet compared to a low-fat, high-fiber diet.Aug 23, 2021 Diet and testosterone levels: Can food impact your hormones?

I can't say with any certainty what foods promote or inhibit testosterone production, but I have noticed that listening to certain bands and genres of music does have noticeable effects in that regard. And I can say that with a reasonable degree of certainty.

Eggs, asparagus, and bananas have been on the lists of these weirdo HIIT, Strength-Training Only, and other assorted weirdos who do not believe at all in CARDIO!
(I've had friends, and I dare say that you do or will very soon, that relied only on Strength-Training regimens. That's fine, that's fine. But that will only work for the short-term. Many people who pursue fitness THAT way soon find themselves heart or other disease victims. We all need BALANCED exercise and diet regimens.)
Appreciate your critique here, however I'm not sure where you're getting this anti-cardio stuff.
My point was simply: when it comes to testosterone production lifestyle is more important than food. If you're stressed out and not getting quality sleep, it doesn't matter how dialed in your diet is. You'll end up with low testosterone.
Yes, it's based on my personal experience but please don't strawman.

Egg yolks honestly give a huge boost. Must be >>10%. I would believe 50% or up to double with more of them.
I kind of think meatball subs do it for me, also, by experience.
These details are all downstream from higher priority life goals, regardless how either affects testosterone.
