Good post. Jager was was/is an athlete though. I have no clue regarding Teare though. Can anyone attest to cooper’s overall athleticism?

Yeah Foppen has not improved much in the last year. Seems to be going backwards. I was surprised by Bibic as he was going the same trajectory and not looking his best so far this year.
Backwards? False! He just ran a Dutch national record in the 5k a couple weeks ago, and also isn’t a miler.

My take away is that teare is 3:34 guy. Great time obviously but it is also what he was a couple years ago. He hasn't progressed.. now maybe things just haven't lined up for him training wise but he getting to be old enough that he is who he is. I was hoping in a couple of fast euro races he would be a 3:32/13:00 guys but it appears he is that one notch slower...
I agree that it would have been cool to see him chase sub 13 this year, but I can’t agree with the rest of this. He’s definitely had some meh races this year, but on top of his 3:32 from earlier this season, he also won Heusden in 3:33 a couple weeks ago. Definitely HAS progressed (also 7:34 indoors this year), so calling him a 3:34 guys makes no sense…he’s run faster than that twice this year haha. Do some research next time.
Matt Wisner won the B heat 800 in 1:48.
Look out teens of Switzerland.
Doesn't he kick your ass in every race, bro?"
